COVID-SAFE MEASURES

 

Studio56 is a NSW registered COVID-Safe business. Our priority is to ensure the safety of our guests. 

The NSW Government has issued new Greater Sydney rules and restrictions to protect the community from COVID-19.

COVID-SAFE TRAINING

Studio56 staff have completed the Department of Health COVID-19 Infection Control Training course as approved by the Australian Government.

HAND GEL AND WET WIPES SANI STATIONS

The most important thing you can do to protect yourself is to wash your hands regularly with soap and water. Our bathroom is well stocked with antibacterial hand wash and single-use paper towels.

Alcohol-based hand sanitiser stations are located at our studio entry and at various key touch points.

  • We ask all visitors to use hand sanitiser prior to studio entry

100% biodegradable antibacterial wet wipes are conveniently located throughout the studio

  • We ask all visitors to use wet wipes on handled equipment after use
 
ExtraCleaning

EXTRA CLEANING & HYGIENE

  • All studio equipment and other high touch point areas are cleaned and disinfected before and after every booked session daily
  • Cleaning and sanitising products are conveniently located throughout the studio for all occupants to use during their visit
  • Our studio bathroom has a cleaning and disinfectant spray dispenser to use on toilet lid, toilet seat, flush buttons, taps and handles for extra hygiene confidence
  • Single-use paper towels are installed in the bathroom and kitchenette

15-MIN GAP

We have a 15-min gap between bookings to minimise crossover and allow cleaning and sanitising of studio facilities.

Studio56 is a boutique personal training service empowering women over the age of 40 to prioritise their health, wellbeing and longevity.

Located in Wollongong’s leafy Mount Pleasant, it offers individually-tailored programs, one-on-one guidance, and a private, tranquil alternative to the exposed glare of conventional gym environments.

Established by University of Wollongong-qualified personal trainer Julee Muminovic, Studio56 is dedicated to making exercise a transformative and sustainable part of everyday life.

Casual Visit

$119 per session

Valid for:

1 x 60min 1-on-1 coaching session 

Perfect if you are visiting and live out of area.

7-Session Kickstarter Plan

$109* per session

Valid for:

7 x 60min 1-on-1 coaching sessions

Perfect if you’re unsure about everything but you just want to get started.

Includes:

  • Pre-exercise health screening
  • Exercise consultation & goal setting
  • Fully supervised tailored program

Optional:

  • Healthy eating consultation (Recommended by nationally endorsed nutritional standards and guidelines)

Terms:

  1. Requires a minimum commitment of one session per week 
  2. Maximum 7-week duration
  3. Weekly direct debit payment of $109 (Total cost: $763)

* Upon completion you have the option to upgrade to the 10-Week Lifestyle Plan, which provides you with $70 credit towards your next weekly debit. 

10-Week Lifestyle Plan

$99 per session

Valid for:

20 x 60min 1-on-1 coaching sessions

Perfect if you’re ready for a lifestyle overhaul to help you make real, lifelong change and learn how to recompose your body to drop the fat, gain lean muscle and feel absolutely fabulous.

Includes:

  • Pre-exercise health screening
  • Exercise consultation & goal setting
  • Fully supervised tailored program
  • Mid-program review and results consultation

Optional:

  • Personalised nutrition plan with one InBody 570 body composition scan 

Terms:

  1. Requires a minimum commitment of 2 sessions per week 
  2. Maximum 10-week duration
  3. Weekly direct debit payment of $198 (Total Cost: $1,980*)
* Upon completion you have the option to rebook the 10-Week Lifestyle Plan which includes all of the above however you will start a new tailored program and receive a 5% discount off the total cost.
